As the co-chairs of the First Annual Florida Diversity and Leadership Conference, it gives us great pleasure to welcome you to what will be Florida’s leading source for intuitive knowledge on diversity and leadership. This conference will serve to encourage CEO’s, management, employees, and others interested in expanding their own knowledge of embracing diversity in this great country. Some of the material range in topics from: how to create a diversity plan to bridging generational diversity; subjects that are not discussed at length in other conferences.
