Isa Andrews
SVP, Marketing Director
Florida Community Bank, N.A.

Isa Andrews is a veteran Central Florida banker and dedicated community leader. Her banking career spans over 30 years and includes prominent positions with SunTrust Banks of Central Florida and Regions Bank.

Isa Andrews began her banking career in 1978 while attending The University of Central Florida. She worked her way up from the entry level to executive management.

Today, she holds the office of Senior Vice President and Director of Marketing at Florida Community Bank, the fourth largest independent bank in Florida. She is responsible for executing the marketing strategy for the bank. She also spearheads the building of community partnerships in the nine market areas served by the bank.

Throughout her career in banking, she has held the importance of building alliances through trust as a guiding principle. She has developed a loyal following of clients reliant on her expertise, personalized service, and advocacy.

Isa Andrews holds many banking accreditations. She completed her banking studies at the Graduate School of Banking in Wisconsin. She gives freely of her time and expertise to support the Central Florida community. She is a graduate of Leadership Winter Park Class 20 and has served on the American Red Cross, Orange County Public Schools Academy of Finance and Florida Bar Grievance Boards.

Isa is happily married to Dave Andrews, a partner with Gettysburg Commercial Corporation. She is the proud mother of two Florida State University graduates – daughters Christina and Audra.
