Kathleen Ochab
Vice President of Human Resources
Wyndham Vacation Ownership

Kathleen has had a progressive 20 year career in both specialist and generalist roles in Human Resources. Her career began at The Walt Disney World Resort. This nine year journey offered opportunities in a myriad of HR roles and expanded responsibility including Recruiting, Training, Leadership Development and as an HR Business Partner. She served as the 2003 Walt Disney World Ambassador representing over 55,000 Cast Members in Community, Media and Cast.

As the Director of Human Resources at Rotech Healthcare Inc., a nationwide home healthcare organization specializing in respiratory and oxygen care, she was able to make numerous process improvements such as implementing a global recognition program, Employee Satisfaction Survey, recruitment and on-boarding strategies to name a few.

Joining Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO) in 2014 as a Vice President of Human Resources brought her back to the hospitality industry. Kathleen is humbled by the organization’s passion to its Count on Me philosophy, caliber of leadership and dedication to the brand.

Kathleen has her Bachelor’s degree in International Studies from the University of Richmond. As an undergrad, she ran Division I Track and Field and spent her junior year in Grenoble, France. She received a Masters degree in Human Resources from Rollins College.
