Bobet Bennett-Marshall currently serves as Regional Vice President – Resort Operations. In this role she directly supports the short and long-term strategies for the Resort Management Division by ensuring consistent execution through Wyndham Vacation Ownership's (WVO) Florida region. This position is responsible for all resort operations including financial management, guest satisfaction, associate relations, homeowner association relations, sales and marketing department support and compliance with quality standards and standard operating procedures.
Prior to this role, Bobet served in the capacity of Vice President of Finance – Enterprise Shared Services for Wyndham Worldwide where she was responsible for the oversight of the Enterprise Payroll and Accounts Payable functions. Bobet also served as VP/Division Controller for WVO, Inc where she was responsible for leading several Finance departments before transitioning to Corporate Services.
Bobet earned a Bachelors’ Degree with High Honors in Accounting from Rutgers University and a Master of Science Degree - Management from Stevens Institute of Technology. She is passionate about diversity and served as the Executive Sponsor for Wyndham Worldwide’s African American Associate Business Group – SPECTRUM and also serves on the Board of Trustees for CTK High School in Newark, New Jersey. She began her career as an intern in public accounting in her native country Jamaica, W.I. and has held several positions in the non-profit and hospitality industry. She is married and the mother of three boys ages 22, 18 and 9. In her leisure, she enjoys spa treatments, listening to music, reading and spending quality time with her family.
