Colleen joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership in May 2013 as Director of Learning and Development. At that time, Colleen led the Corporate L&D team providing talent development solutions for Accounting, Finance, Brand and Communications, Legal Services, IT and Human Resources. Moving into a Senior Director of Learning and Development role, she has expanded her responsibilities for leading the talent development efforts to include the Consumer Finance and the Hospitality divisions of Wyndham Vacation Ownership.
Prior to joining the company, Colleen was the Corporate Learning and Development Manager for Sea World Parks and Entertainment focused on leadership and associate development. She also served in several Human Resources leadership positions for Interstate Hotels & Resorts, Starwood Hotels & Resorts and InterContinental Hotels. Colleen’s inspiration is to help others find their passion, make connections and maximize their potential.
Colleen graduated from Florida State University with a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration. She resides in Orlando with her husband Eddie Francis and five children. She is passionate about travel, music, and creating memorable moments for her family.
