As Vice President of Human Resources, Laurie Saltzman is a seasoned HR professional who has worked in a variety of businesses and positions including vacation ownership, sales, marketing, finance, telecommunications, gaming and retail. Laurie joined Wyndham Vacation Ownership (WVO) in 2010 and currently supports more than 1,000 Sales & Marketing associates in 31 locations across Florida, California, Nevada, Oregon, Utah and Washington.
As the Vice President of HR, Laurie and her team support the region in all aspects of Human Resources to achieve the company’s strategic intents. Key focuses include Building Organizational Capability & Diversity, Attracting, Developing and Retaining Top Talent, Driving Innovation, Mitigating Risk, and Delivering Count On Me! Service.
Prior to joining the company, Laurie served in a series of successive leadership positions with Station Casinos over a 12-year period which included Director of Management Development, Corporate Director of HR Compliance, Director of Human Resources and Director of PBX Operations. Laurie has a Bachelor of Science from Ball State University and is honored to have the opportunity to work with such an amazing and talented team of professionals at WVO.
